Alcatraz Line up: 2018

Formed as recently as 2014, Inglorious are fronted by Nathan James, who starred on ‘The Voice’ and ‘Superstar’. They carry their love of seventies and eighties rock on their sleeve, with obvious influences from the likes of Deep Purple, Aerosmith and Bon Jovi. Queen guitarist Brian May has already compared them to Deep Purple in their prime and with Nathan James’s vocal range being likened to that of a young David Coverdale, the possibilities are virtually limitless. Check out their eponymous debut (2016) as well as follow-up ‘Inglorious II’. If you’re into balls-out melodic hard rock steeped in a 1970s tone and atmosphere then Inglorious should be right up your alley. Inglorious have found their own little niche because there aren’t many bands like them around. In our opinion Inglorious are bound for glory.
