Alcatraz Line up: 2016

With Hellhammer and Celtic Frost Tom G. Warrior wrote history and influenced numerous bands around the world. When Celtic Frost definitely ended in 2008, Warrior looked almost immediately for new musicians. In no time Triptykon was created…an extreme sounding metal band with gothic, doom, death and black metal influences in which Warrior shifted new musical boundaries. Their debut ‘Eparistera Daimones’ (2010) was very well received and the successor ‘Melana Chasmata’ (2014) was in Rock Tribune elected as album of the year. It’s from December 2014 since Triptykon concerted on Belgian soil and therefore we are very pleased to welcome the band at Alcatraz Hard Rock & Metal Fest. Triptykon live is always good for a strong and heavy set.
