Cashless Refund
Cashless refund is possible from Thursday, August 13th until September 1st, 2026. To get your money back, you need your six-digit code from your wristband (for example, „ABCDEF“) and your bank details.
How do I request a refund?

Depending on your bank, money transfer can take a few days.
