Clowns are an explosive Australian hardcore/punk band that have brought raw energy, reckless intensity and anthemic hooks to every stage they hit since their inception in 2009.
Hailing from Melbourne, they fuse breakneck-speed punk with hardcore rage and a lick of garage rock swagger. Lyrically, they tackle themes of social unrest, self-destruction and existential chaos delivered with uncompromising passion and a devil-may-care attitude. If you like it fast, aggressive and cauldron-wild, Clowns will be your cup of tea. Their stagediving madness and no-holds-barred spirit is reminiscent of their countrymen in Airbourne – must be something in the milk Down Under. Prepare to sweat your butt off and perhaps leave with a few bumps and bruises you won’t feel because of the adrenaline-induced mosh pit high but that’s par for the course, right?
